PRE-OPENING INSPECTION. DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
-THE FACILITY IS ONLY PREPARED TO SELL PRE-PACKAGED FOOD AND BEVERAGES AT THIS TIME. CONSTRUCTION WORK, FOOD STOCKING, AND EMPLOYEE TRAINING WILL TAKE AT LEAST ANOTHER WEEK FOR THE KITCHEN. CALL KCHD BEFORE YOU OPEN FOR A PRE-OPENING INSPECTION IN THE KITCHEN. -THE REFERRAL FORM HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED BY BUILDING AND CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS. I WILL RETURN ON MONDAY, JANUARY 29 TO PICK UP THE COMPLETED REFERRAL FORM AND APPROVE THE OPENING. -A TEMPORARY DUMPSTER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. -QUAT SANITIZER CHEMICAL DISPENSER HAS BEEN INSTALLED. -BATHROOM SOAP DISPENSERS ARE NOT WORKING. HAND PUMP SOAPS ARE IN PLACE UNTIL THE DISPENSERS ARE WORKING PROPERLY. -PLACE AMBIENT AIR THERMOMETERS IN ALL HOT AND COLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT. -WILL REVIEW CFPM AND FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATIONS DURING PRE-OPENING INSPECTION FOR KITCHEN. -ALL COOLERS AND FREEZERS ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. |
